General Terms and Conditions


1. Minimum order $ 10.00 + shipping and handling

2. Prices do not include packaging and shipping.

3. Payment by Credit card only.

4. All shipments are prepaid from Pflugerville, TX.

5. We will attempt to use the shipping method of your choosing. However, we may change shipping companies if the size, weight or urgency require an alternative.

6. All trees are shipped via FedEx 3 day select depending on weather. In extremely hot or cold weather we will only ship FedEx next day.

7. All shohin bonsai are shipped FedEx next day. Trees are insured for full value. FedEx requires a signature at your end for delivery.

8. You are charged the actual cost of shipping plus packing. This is usually less than a flat rate shipping charge.

9. Packing and Shipping are free if 3 or more shohin trees are shipped on the same order.

10. Report damaged shipment to the carrier as soon as possible. Most shipments are insured for full value. The carrier, not MBP Bonsai Studio, will reimburse you for your loss. Please keep the packaging. No claims for loss or damage will be honored by the carrier if filed later than two weeks after receipt.

11. All returns must be approved by MBP Bonsai Studio management prior to shipping.

12. Refunds will be at the discretion of MBP Bonsai Studio Management and will be based on the condition of the product when it is received at MBP Bonsai Studio.

13. Consumables such as chemicals and fertilizer cannot be returned.

14. Return shipment must be in original packaging if possible and prepaid by customer.

15. Return shipment of shohin bonsai must be by FedEx next day service prepaid by customer.
