Return Policy

1. All returns must be approved by MBP Bonsai Studio management prior to shipping. Please contact us at orders@mbpbonsai.com for a return authorization.

2. Refunds will be at the discretion of MBP Bonsai Studio Management and will be based on the condition of the product when it is received at MBP Bonsai Studio.

3. Consumables such as chemicals and fertilizer cannot be returned.

4. Return shipment must be in original packaging if possible and prepaid by customer. If MBP determines item is defective shipping will also be refunded.

5. Return shipment of shohin bonsai must be by FedEx next day service prepaid by customer.
